Waffles


  • 2 C Flour 
  • 2 C Milk 
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 6 Tbsp Shortening
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • Pinch Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (separated) 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Combine dry ingredients.
Add beaten egg yolks, milk and the rest of ingredients.
Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
