Raspberry Basil Lemonade


Per gallon:  1 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 Cup sugar fresh raspberries and basil to taste 

Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Bites


Fruit Salad with Sweet Balsamic Dressing

½ cup powdered sugar
3 TB white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
1.8 tsp. ground red pepper  {cayenne}
¾ cup grapeseed or canola oil
1 tsp. poppy seeds

In a blender or food processor, combine all dressing ingredients except oil and poppy seeds. With machine running, slowly add oil to make a thick dressing. Stir in poppy seeds & drizzle over cut up fruit.  

Caesar Salad Dressing

6 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2  cup olive oil
Salt, Pepper, Lemon juice  & minced anchovy fillets

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 package dry yeast
1 ½ cups luke warm water
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 TB olive oil
1 TB honey
½ tsp. salt

Proof yeast in a measuring cup with luke warm water.  In a food processor add whole wheat and all purpose flours, proofed yeast, oil mixed with honey & salt.  Pulse processor to combine all ingredients.  Then process until the dough forms a ball on the blade. Remove dough to a large oiled bowl.  Cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until dough has doubled in bulk. 

Pesto Pizza

2 Tablespoons Honey
3-4 Tablespoons pesto
Feta cheese, crumbled
Mozzarella, shredded
Chicken Breasts {cooked & sliced}
Mushrooms, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Artichoke hearts, sliced
Red Onions, thinly sliced 

Spread honey on crust.  Spread pesto on top of the honey. Sprinkle with feta cheese.  Top generously with all the remaining ingredients.  Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
