Fruit Kabobs with Pina Colada Fruit Dip


Skewer the fruit and arrange on a large platter to resemble an American Flag. 

1 8oz. cream cheese, softened                                                              2 tsp. lime peel, grated
1 can frozen pina colada mix (or strawberry daiquiri)                     1 cup whipped cream

Mix cream cheese, pina colada mix and lime peel in blender until smooth.   Fold in whipped cream.  Add more to desired consistency.  Chill until serving time.    Great with strawberries and fresh pineapple.
