- 3 large cooked (boiled) sweet potatoes – peeled
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup melted butter – no substitute
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon (I use pampered chef cinnamon plus)
- Chopped pecans
