Chicken Pesto Salad
- 4 4oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chop into tiny pieces)
- 1/4-1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp.prepared basil pesto
- salt and pepper to taste
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND ENJOY ON TIP OF PITAS, LETTUCE CUPS, CROISSANTS, OR WHATEVER YOUR HEART DESIRES!
