Lemon Rosemary Salt

YIELD: 2 tbsp. salt (serving size: 1 tsp.)
  • 8 tsp. grated lemon rind (about 2 large lemons) 
  • 4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. 
  • finely chopped fresh rosemary
1. Combine all ingredients in a mini chopper; pulse 5 times or until well blended.
