Greens with Avocado dressing

For the Salad

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 cups corn chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 19 oz black beans
  • 5 green onions, diced, white and greens
Avocado Dressing:
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • Mixed with 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash of Cayenne pepper
Blend in food processor or blender. Pour over greens before serving.
