Black Bean and Corn Salsa



  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can whole corn (drained)
  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (cut into small pieces)
  • ½ small red onion
  • 1 fresh jalapeno
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
Chop the onion, jalapeño, and cilantro into small pieces. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Mix marinade and pour over mixture 15 minutes before serving.
