1 pkg fresh spinach
1 8oz pkg bow tie pasta
2-4 TB sesame seeds
1 can water chestnuts or ½ cup chopped celery
1 cup bean sprouts
Dressing
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame seeds
3 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
½ tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. fresh garlic minced
Shake dressing jar until sugar is dissolved. Let sit until warmed to room temperature before pouring over salad. (This salad is really good with grilled chicken that has been seasoned with lemon pepper.)
